Mac or PC?

A few members here and myself know our way pretty well around windows and the internet and can assemble a computer without directions. We don't know everything, but we'll be happy to help.

Mac or PC?

What do you like personally?

I still think of macs as mac-in-trash's because overpriced junk that costs a fortune to repair/ replace not to mention not easily tweak able. Besides I love PC's because if I really hate windows (and I have at times) I can just fire it up in a dual boot of solaris or another linux distro and still do just about everything except gaming.

How about you?

Macs are alright if you don't mind Steve Jobs sitting on your desktop all day, but personally I prefer something a little less Big Brother. Itunes is a bit of a joke - come on guys, 75Mb for an mp3 player?

Was looking up ios 5 for my iphone and I was really impressed.. makes you want to upgrade phones

But the thing that surprised me is what Apple did with their os.. Lion

I was going to poke fun at them like how many cat names do they have left but they surprised me with $29 for a copy. Windows will have to try harder to compete with them!

I think Microsoft will come up with something too, and which won't force anyone to use the cloud.

That's my first reason for not buying Android phones.
