new camera

hi guys just bought a new camera.
i know bloody nothing at all about cameras, all i want to know is it a half decent camera, or shite??
it is a fuji film finepix f80 exr.
also any tips for good pic taking would be helpful, cheers pandemonium.

Any camera is better than no camera !

Just so long as you get it out and take a few photo's, we'll be grateful, especially if they are anything like billys :o

The most important part of a camera is the 12 inches behind it! :D

Don't use flash all the time. (Use it only when you have to fill the frame with light)

Try not to use above ISO 400 on a point and shoot. If needed use flash.

Invest in a good SD card. Your camera may not be as important as the storage device that holds the pictures. Sandisk 8mb is good. You don't want to lose the pictures due to corruption.
