Looking for 1 BR apartment with pool (monthly)

Looking for 1 BR apartment with pool (monthly)

Postby manarak » 09 Mar 2011, 13:37 •  [Post 1]

After staying at Mosaik the last couple of times, I realize I need a pool in addition to a living room.

I have searched today and several times already in the past, but no luck so far, except Diamond city Place and Bonkai Resort, but the first has a shitty pool, and the second has bad reputation.

As always, my preferences are difficult to fulfill.
I'd be happy if someone could point me the right direction.

So I am looking for the following:
- 1 BR apartment (with separate bedroom and living room, with a wall and door)
- with high speed internet access
- with an enjoyable pool
- in-room electronic safe, optionally with possibility of adding a lock

Search for "Serviced Apartments Pattaya" in Google, there are way too many hits to start sorting them for you. You might also look at renting a villa for that long. They are not that expensive, particularly if you get out of central.
So much, too much, very much....

Thanks CJ
Serviced apartments are waaaaaay to expensive.
I found a good place in Jomtien, 1BR, 74 sqm for 12000 baht + utilities (about 1400 baht a month), Cable TV and ADSL included. Has a safe, 2 AC, fridge and all the other stuff too.

Nice, good deal and out of the noise. I don't know how people take the intensity of being on the Soi's, getting too old I guess.

Hi Manarak,
Do you know if there are any similar apartments available, as I will be moving to Pattaya in January for work and will be looking for long term rental.

Best regards
